Madeline Isabelle (Chauret)
Eager, 94, died peacefully in her sleep from natural causes at her Schertz home
on Monday, September 14, 2015.
Madeline is survived by her older sister Blanche
Schoof of Bay City, MI; her ex-husband Col. Colin Chauret of San Antonio; her
daughters Sharon (Boyd) Nix of Williamsburg, VA; Margo (Karl) Franz of
Baltimore; Debra Chauret Aishman of Wimberley; Maria (Arthur) Martinez of Tucson;
Kateri Chauret and Mary (Beaux) Chauret, both of San Antonio; former
daughter-in-law Susan Chauret of San Antonio; sons Keith (Sheila Young) Chauret; Michael
Chauret; Mark (Patrice) Chauret, all of San Antonio; 20 grandchildren, 20
great-grandchildren and caregiver Margaret Evans.
Madeline was preceded
in death by her beloved parents and eleven siblings. Debra (1968), Keith
(1969) and Sheila Young Chauret (1969), Mike (1972), and Mark (1973) all graduated from Randolph High School.
Maria, Kateri, and Mary all attended the Randolph ISD.
The family will receive
friends from 4 to 8 pm, Sunday, September 20 during visitation (Holy Rosary
recitation at 6pm) at the Schertz Funeral Home, 2217 FM 3009, Schertz, TX
78154.
A funeral mass will be celebrated at Good Shepherd Catholic Church,
1065 E. Live Oak Rd, Schertz, TX 78154, at 10am, Monday, September 21. Flowers
may be sent to Schertz Funeral Home.
