GEORGE W. McCLUGHAN, JR. - '66 - Passed in 2002

George W. McClughan, Jr., age 54, passed away in Austin, TX on Sunday, August 4, 2002. He graduated from Randolph High School and the University of Texas in Austin. He was actively involved in documentary film creation, direction and production. A lover of animals, he operated a pet care business. He was an avid sports fan. Also a humorist, George was instrumental in the development and production of Austin's annual "Pun Off'' which drew contestants nationwide. His joy of life and laughter will be missed by his father, George Sr.; stepmother, Gloria; sister, Lillian Etter; his beloved and close companion, Deborah Myers; niece, Debbie Lyons; nephew, Jeff Etter and other relatives and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, August 10, 2002 at Colonial Funeral Home. Services under the direction of Colonial Funeral Home.
